Buying your Experience Voucher, Giftpak Voucher or Egift

What is the difference between an Experience Voucher and a Giftpak Voucher?

An experience voucher lets you choose a specific activity for any value you wish. The Redseven Giftpaks have seven different values, each pak allows the recipient to choose an experience from a list of experiences provided. A Giftpak is a perfect choice if you are unsure of what the receipient may like to do, as they can choose their own experience.

How do I find the experience or Giftpak that I am looking for?

To find an experience simply use our Gift Experience Finder located on the home page or the search box which allows you to search for a specific experience. To find a Giftpak simply use our Giftpak Finder on the home page, select the value you wish to spend and it will then list the experiences available in that Giftpak.

Giftpak 1 up to £49, Giftpak 2 up to £99, Giftpak 3 up to £149, Giftpak 4 up to £199, Giftpak 5 up to £249, Giftpak 6 up to £299, Giftpak 7 up to £500.

When do I pay for my Experience or Giftpak?

You pay for your Experience / Giftpak when you make your purchase online, or alternatively you can place you booking and payment with one of our advisors by call free on 0800 634 7553.

What payment types are accepted?

Redseven accept all major credit cards and debit cards (excluding American Express).

If you wish to send your payment by cheque, please make the cheque payable to ‘Redseven’ and post it with full booking details to Redseven, Head Office, Kensington Street, Brighton, BN1 4AJ. For postal bookings a 7 working day cheque clearance time must be allowed before the booking is processed.

Can I post you my booking requirements?

If you would like to purchase your experience or Giftpak by post simply send us the relevant payment with details of which experience or Giftpak you would like. Once we have received your order we will process the booking for you. We will allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before your order is confirmed.

When will I receive a confirmation for my purchase?

You will be emailed a confirmation immediately after your payment has been authorised, listing the details of your purchase. If you have made your booking by phone / post then a confirmation will be sent to you in the post.

How long are Experience Vouchers and Giftpaks valid for?

Our experience vouchers and Giftpaks are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. You must redeem your voucher and participate in your chosen experience within the 12 month period from the date of voucher issue. If your voucher expires we can extend the voucher for a further 12 months for an administration fee of £50.

Do I have to specify a date for the experience when I purchase my voucher?

You do not have to specify a date for your event when you purchase your experience voucher. You will need to do this when you come to redeem your voucher.

Can I have the Experience Voucher & Giftpak delivered on a date of my choice?

You can specify a date that you would like the Experience Voucher or Giftpak to be received. All of the paks are sent via special delivery so we can deliver your gift on Monday – Saturdays. Unfortunately as there is no postal service on a Sunday we are unable to arrange deliveries for this day.

Can I include a special message in the pak?

You can include a special message when you buy your gift and this will be included in the pak.

What is included in the Redseven Experience Giftpaks?

If you have chosen an Experience Voucher included in the pak will be an Experience Voucher, details regarding the experience, your special message and will be presented in our red Giftpak box. If you have chosen a Giftpak 1-7 included in the pak will be a Giftpak Voucher, a booklet listing the choice of experiences available for that Giftpak, your special message and will be presented in our red Giftpak box.

What is an egift?

An egift is the perfect solution if you have forgotten someone’s Birthday, Anniversary or Special Occasion. An egift enables you to send an experience voucher or Giftpak to the recipient instantly via email the pak is then sent in the post the same day and will be received the following day.

How do I send an egift?

Simply click the egift option box before you complete your purchase and the email will be sent once the payment has been authorised and the purchase is complete.

How do I redeem my experience voucher?

You can redeem your experience voucher either on our website or by calling our advisors free on 0800 634 7553.

Website redemption – Simply type in the redemption code on your voucher into the box on our home page, you will then also be asked to log into our site and then your experience details will be displayed. You will then be asked to complete a choice of dates and locations that you would prefer for your experience, once you have completed these details they will be sent to our advisors and we will contact you with your confirmed availability.

Telephone redemption – Simply call our advisors on the free phone number and quote the redemption code on your voucher. We will then ask you for a selection of preferred dates and locations for your experience. Our advisors will then contact you with your confirmed availability.

If the dates and locations you selected are not available we will provide other options.

How do I redeem my Giftpak Voucher?

You can redeem your gitpak voucher either on our website or by calling our advisors free on 0800 634 7553.

Website Redemption – Simply type in the redemption code on your voucher into the box on our home page, you will then also be asked to log into our site and then you will be able to see what experiences are available in the Giftpak that you have, once you have decided on an experience you will then be asked to complete a choice of dates and locations that you would prefer for your experience, once you have completed these details they will be sent to our advisors and we will contact you with your confirmed availability.

Telephone redemption – Simply call our advisors on the free phone number and quote the redemption code on your voucher. You will then be given the list of experiences which are available within your Giftpak. We will then ask you for a selection of preferred dates and locations for your experience. Our advisors will then contact you with your confirmed availability.

If the dates and locations you selected are not available we will provide other options.

Do I have to book my experience in advance?

You must book your experience in advance with Redseven to ensure that the correct approved Redseven supplier is used, this will ensure you have the best quality of event.

Can I choose a different experience?

If you have been given a Redseven Experience Voucher and you wish to change to a different experience you can do this. If the new experience is of higher value than the existing voucher you have then you will need to pay the price difference before the new voucher is issued. This does not extend the validity on the voucher.

Can I upgrade my Giftpak?

You can upgrade your Giftpak Voucher simply by paying the difference between your exiting Giftpak Voucher and the new Giftpak Voucher you wish to purchase. This does not extend the validity on the voucher.
